Northwest Employment Law LLC
About Attorney Shari Lane, Employer Advice and Compliance
I am a former Operations Manager for the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries. I later joined the law firm Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP, representing small start-ups trying to figure out which laws apply, mid-sized businesses balancing compliance with the bottom line, and multi-national employers with union issues.
I have been a manager, and I have been a business owner—I know what it feels like to be responsible for the success of the business, and I can give you practical advice, not just legalese.
I am local, knowledgeable, easy to work with, my fees are reasonable, and best of all, I care.
